From Concept to Completion - Our Proven 4-Step Construction Process for Exceptional Home Renovation
Concept Phase
In the Concept Phase, we start with an initial consultation meeting to understand your needs and goals, followed by a design review meeting to discuss preliminary ideas. We then outline the scope of work, provide detailed estimates, and develop schedules to ensure the project is planned effectively.
Design Phase
During the Design Phase, we finalize all as-built measurements and the new layout, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. The design plan is completed and submitted for permits if necessary, setting the stage for a smooth construction process.
Construction Phase
The Construction Phase begins with demolition, followed by the finalization of material selections. We then proceed with rough trades, such as electrical and plumbing work, and finish trades to bring your project to completion.
Post-Construction Phase
In the Post-Construction Phase, we ensure all construction is completed to your satisfaction. We address any punchlist items, issue the final invoice, and initiate our workmanship warranty, providing you with peace of mind and assurance of quality.

Do you only do vaulted ceilings?
Vaulted ceilings are our specialty, but we also remodel kitchens, basements, bathrooms, and primary rooms with the same level of detail and design expertise.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope, but most projects take between 8–16 weeks once construction begins. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.
Do you offer fixed pricing?
