Pre-Consultation Email Series

Before we meet, you’ll receive a series of three helpful emails that include:

An overview of our unique approach
Tips on how to vet contractors
Case studies and testimonials from past clients
Designers seated at a table, working on construction documentation and consulting with a client.

Virtual Consultation

We’ll meet via Zoom to discuss your vision, budget, and goals. We’ll also provide a high-level estimate (within ±20%) and assess if we’re the right fit. If not, we’ll recommend a trusted alternative.

On-Site Visit

A Project Manager will visit your home to:

Capture measurements and create as-built drawings (via Cubicasa)
Document the space with photos and video
Confirm the full project scope
Construction documentation, a laptop displaying home plans, and a safety helmet placed on wooden decking.

Estimate + Proposal

Within five business days, we’ll deliver:

A detailed proposal
A preliminary budget based on design ranges

Pre-Construction Agreement

Once aligned, we move into Pre-Construction:

A 5% deposit based on the initial estimate
Signed agreement
Client dashboard access for full transparency
Contractor and client shaking hands, finalizing an agreement or celebrating project progress.

Design + Engineering

We dive into the details:

Final as-built documentation
Collaborative design meetings
3D renderings and new layouts
Engineering and structural plans
Material selections
Final, fixed construction budget

Construction Agreement

We formalize the build with:

A signed construction contract

A 30% initial invoice to begin work

Final invoice
