Before we were Bunny Hill Builds, we were homeowners and investors frustrated with how remodeling was done. The process felt broken with disorganized timelines, confusing bids, and questionable craftsmanship. We knew it could be better.

So we built something better.  First for our own properties, then for neighbors who wanted the same high standards and seamless experience. As demand grew, so did our mission: to help Denver families stay rooted by transforming the homes they already love.

In 2022, Bunny Hill Builds officially launched with a focus on thoughtful renovations, design-forward thinking, and clear, accountable communication. What began with kitchens and baths quickly expanded to whole-home transformations and our signature vaulted ceiling conversions.

Today, we’re more than a remodeling company, we’re a trusted partner for families who want to reimagine their space without starting over. Because when your space finally fits your life, you don’t have to move to love where you live.

Paul is a former engineer turned real estate investor and developer who brings 6 years of experience. He has completed dozens of homeowner projects, flips, and 20 new construction projects, leveraging his engineering background for innovative real estate solutions.

Do you only do vaulted ceilings?

Vaulted ceilings are our specialty, but we also remodel kitchens, basements, bathrooms, and primary rooms with the same level of detail and design expertise.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope, but most projects take between 8–16 weeks once construction begins. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.

Do you offer fixed pricing?

Yes. Our Price Lock Guarantee means what you see in your final construction agreement is what you pay—no surprise costs.

Can I live in my home during the remodel?

In many cases, yes. We’ll work with you to create a construction plan that minimizes disruption.
