We opened up the main floor by removing walls and reworking the layout to create flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Vaulted ceilings and new windows were added to bring in light and volume, transforming the entire feel of the space without changing the footprint.

The original kitchen was dark and disconnected. We installed a clean, modern design with quartz countertops, Kitchenaid appliances, and ample workspace — integrating it seamlessly into the living space for modern entertaining and daily life.
Private Suite Addition & Outdoor Connection
To create a true primary retreat, we reworked the upper level to include a spacious walk-in closet, spa-inspired en-suite bath, and access to a brand-new private deck, adding both functionality and a connection to the outdoors.
